The idea behind Hunt Club Subs ‘n Grill isn’t a new one –
it’s been around for generations.

Family, friends and good neighbors sittin’ around a table or a fire.
Maybe out on the front porch or the tailgate of a pick-up. Eatin’ up and
simply enjoyin’ one another’s company. Just like the “out in the woods”
hunt club y’all know.

I’ve spent much of my life huntin’ ‘n fishin’. Walkin’ through the woods or
by the river. I still remember many of the stories that were shared durin’ the
years (includin’ some wild ones from my grandpa). Food was always a big thing too.

Later on, while I was workin’ in the foodservice industry, I recognized a trend that, well, wasn’t so good. Food was becomin’ so “fast” or fancy that it was startin’ to lose its hometown flavor. Places where people once gathered for real food and friendship were bein’ replaced by foo foo cafés.

What was happenin’ to the heart of a dining room – to the warmth of familiar folks sittin’ together over a meal?

I wanted to do somethin’ about it. I wanted to bring good people to the same table in a place where they could feel welcome and sit a while and enjoy some good 'ol American food.

Food like 100% Certified Angus Beef® burgers, the finest available. All-beef hot dogs. Made-to-order subs stuffed the way you like ‘em and oven-toasted to perfection.

I won’t serve any wimpy fries, either. Ours are big ‘n thick, cooked crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can also try ‘em the “redneck” way, our signature style. Plus, we use only 100% peanut oil in makin’ our fries.

And for those of you with a trophy-sized appetite, we have the Wallhangers. These might be the most serious meals you’ve ever hunted down.

Bottom line is, you sure as heck won’t leave here hungry.
